Rental-period warranty
If an account is banned for reasons other than a user policy violation, the unused rental period is refundable.

Contact support with your order and account-ban details. Refunds for unused rental time are handled manually after verification; they are not automatic. Bans caused by user policy violations are not covered.

Rental terms
API access to one dedicated Claude account, not account ownership or an API Credit top-up. Upstream quotas and policies apply; usage is not unlimited. One day is 24 hours and the longest rental is 14 days. Time starts at confirmed delivery and the key expires automatically. Keys are delivered offline; never put them in notes. Only authorized accounts may be supplied.
