The terms and conditions governing the use of our services
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.
You agree not to:
This service routes your requests to upstream model providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI) under our credentials. You are therefore bound by both these Terms and the usage policies of whichever upstream provider serves your request, and a violation of either is a violation of this agreement.
You must not use the service, or allow anyone using your account or API keys to use it, to:
We monitor for abuse. If we find that an account is being used for any of the above, we will suspend or terminate that account immediately and without prior notice, and no refund will be issued for any remaining balance or unused subscription period. Where the law requires it, or where there is a risk of serious harm, we may report the activity and disclose the associated account and request records to law enforcement or other competent authorities.
You may choose to contribute your own upstream provider account (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or xAI) to the shared pool. Contribution is entirely voluntary and is never required to use the service.
Understand the risk before you contribute. When your account serves pooled traffic, requests from other users are made through your credentials, and the upstream provider may treat that as a violation of its own terms — including its rules on account sharing. The provider may rate-limit, suspend, or permanently ban your account as a result. Neither we nor anyone else can prevent that, appeal it on your behalf, or restore an account once the provider has acted.
You therefore contribute at your own risk, and you accept it in full. We are not liable for any loss arising from a contributed account being limited, suspended, or banned, including any subscription fees you paid the provider, any credits or quota lost with the account, and any interruption to your own use of that account. If you are not willing to accept this risk, do not contribute an account — the rest of the service remains fully available to you.
You may withdraw a contributed account at any time, which stops new requests being routed to it. Confirming the notice shown when you contribute an account means you have read, understood, and accepted this section.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
